Pricing and payment
At www.lyngbyshop.com you can pay with VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
All prices are listed in Danish crowns (Dkk) including Danish VAT/ sales tax.
We currently delivers to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, UK, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Czech Republic.
All parcels to Denmark are shipped with Postnord with direct delivery and parcels outside Denmark are sent with DPD.

If we receive your order before 1 PM (UTC+1) we can pack and send your order on the same day.
Buying your Christmas presents at www.lyngbyshop.com
Buy all your presents before the 21th of December 2016 1 PM to make sure they will arrive before the 24th of December. For parcels outside Denmark its the 19th of December.
All purchases made in the period 1st till 21th December 2016 can be returned until the 5th of January 2017.
Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your right of withdrawal ends after 14 days after:
- You have received your order
- When you physically receive the last parcel of several as part of one single order that are being delivered separately
- When you physically receive the last part of your order, as part of an agreement to deliver a product in parts.
To make use of your right of withdrawal you need to contact us within 14 days and tell us clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com. When you return a product remember to fill out and include our return form, which you can find at the bottom of this page.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing receipt of the product or by failing to collect the product from the carrier.
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt without unnecessary delay, after informing us of your decision. When you return your order, you are responsible for the direct costs that come up for returning the order.
When returning the order it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is packed securely.
You carry the responsibility for the products from the point of receipt.
The condition of the products when you are returning them
You are liable for any damage or loss of quality of the products, due to inappropriate handling, except what is necessary to determine what kind of product it is, its abilities or how to use it. In other words, you are allowed to handle the product in the same way and to the same extend as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond the above mentioned extend, we will consider the product as used and if you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will only return part or none of the original cost, depending on the extent of usage and resellability.
To receive the full amount when returned, make sure not to use the product beyond the usage level you would be able to in at physical store. You may try the products, not take it into actual use.
The order is returned in original packaging with no signs of damage: 100 % of the cost is returned.
The order is returned with signs of usage or without the original packaging: about 75 % of the cost is returned.
State of the product
The product is returned unused and with no signs of damage: 100 % of the cost is returned.
The product is returned in a used state: 50 % of the cost is returned.
The product is damaged which among other things includes chipping: 0 % of the cost is returned.
Reimbursement of your order
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal we will repay you the full amount you paid. In case of depreciation that you are responsible for the corresponding amount will be subtracted the amount of your purchase.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal we will refund any payment we have received from you including delivery charges (not including delivery handled by a different carrier service at your specific request that is not the standard carrier service we offer), without unnecessary delay and at the latest 14 days from the date we received your request to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that was used as payment method for the order unless you clearly have agreed to a different method.
We have the right to withhold your repayment until we have received the returned products, unless you have shown us documentation that you have returned the products.

Do I need to include something when I return products?
We ask you to include a copy of your order confirmation. The process will be speedier if you also choose to fill out and include our return form. You can find the return form at the bottom of this page.
Important! The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by personally handing in the product to the return address or to our distributors.
Notification of defects
The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) is applicable on purchases made on www.lyngbyshop.com.
All product is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), giving you 24 months to complain about a product. This means that you can get a product repaired, exchanged for at similar product, get a refund or part of the purchase price returned, depending on the situation at hand.
However, if the errors or defects are due to your negligence, abuse or other incorrect use, your right to complain will lapse.
How fast do I need to notify you about a defect?
You have to notify us about any defects within “reasonable time” after you noticed the defect. If you notify us about any defect within the first two months of noticing the defect it will always be seen as within reasonable time.
We will refund the (reasonable) cost for the return of the defect product.

When you send the defect product to us please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Product number of the defect product
- A detailed description of the defect
Please note that we do not receive product returns that have been personally handed in at the return address or to our distributors.
Remember to make sure that the products have been packed in a secure way and to get a receipt from your post office so we can refund the shipping cost to you.
To form a contract with us you need to provide us with the following data:

- Email address
We collect, process and store personal data in compliance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (persondataloven).
The data you provide is solely needed to deliver your order. The data is stored for up to five years by Lyngby ApS and will be deleted afterwards.
The data we collect through our website will only be collected with your explicit consent. We make sure that you are fully aware of what information you are providing us with and why we need that information.
The CEO of Lyngby ApS is the only one who has access to the personal information you provide.
We do not keep store encrypted data. We do not transmit encrypted data.
When you provide your credit card information in the payment process at Lyngbyshop, the information will be transmitted on a secure and encrypted TSL connection (Transport Security Layer). This encrypted connection ensures that only you bank and Stripe have access to this information.
At Lyngbyshop we guarantee that the information entered by you will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.
As a registered customer at Lyngby ApS you have the right to object to this registration. You also have the right to know what information has been registered about you. These rights are given to you with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (persondataloven) and can be exercised by contacting Lyngby ApS on email@example.com.
If you wish to hand in a complaint about your purchase we ask you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are not able to find a solution you can contact the relevant administration responsible for that area, as long as the conditions for this action are met.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution from www.forbrug.dk.
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filling out a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitten a complaint enter our e-mail address email@example.com.
